Perio Connect was created to make periodontal care more accessible, comfortable, and coordinated. Result is better communication, smoother workflows, stronger partnerships, and exceptional patient ‘one-office’ experience.

  • Once we establish a partnership, you get details on Scheduling information packet to schedule "Perio Days" at your office.

    • Initial Consultation: We meet to align on clinical philosophy and administrative logistics.

    • Onboarding: We provide your team with the necessary coding, scheduling, and setup guidance.

    • Execution: Our periodontist arrives with the necessary specialized equipment to perform treatments directly in your operatory.

  • We provide the Doctor, Hygienist and the team with a Periodontal Screening Protocol. This helps identify patients in your existing database who require:

    • Dental implant placements or site development (bone grafting).

    • Surgical intervention for advanced periodontitis.

    • Esthetic crown lengthening or gingival grafting.

  • To ensure a productive day for both your practice and our specialist, we typically recommend a minimum of 6 to 8 hours of scheduled clinical time. This can be a mix of:

    • 2–3 surgical procedures (implants, grafts, etc.).

    • 3–4 new patient consultations or follow-up evaluations. We work with your scheduling coordinator to optimize the blocks.

  • Your office remains the "home" for the patient. Typically, your practice handles the billing and collection of fees from the patient and insurance. Perio Connect then bills your practice a pre-negotiated percentage for the specialist’s services. This keeps your financial records centralized and ensures you maintain the primary relationship with the insurance carriers.

  • Very little. Perio Connect is designed to be a "plug-and-play" model. Our specialist brings the specific surgical instruments, motors, and specialty materials (like bone graft or membranes) required for the procedures. Your office simply provides the standard operatory setup, including basic PPE, suction, and X-ray capabilities.
